(AESI) has announced that William T. Sprague II has rejoined its professional staff. Mr. Sprague is a graduate of University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He received his registration in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Professional Engineer in 1976 and as a Professional Land Surveyor in 1979. The Hagerstown-resident is also a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland. Mr. Sprague has extensive work experience in the Civil Engineering field in both the military (USAF) and civilian arenas. He has worked for Koppers Company in Baltimore, Baker-Wibberly in Hagerstown, as well as the USDA, the Town of Ft. Indiantown Gap, Skelly and Loy, and most recently with Washington County Department of Water Quality. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping. Associated Engineering Sciences, Inc. is a team of professional engineers, surveyors, and construction managers. AESI has numerous contracts in the fields of Structural Design, Highway Engineering Design, Surveying (topographical and metes & bounds), and Hydrologic studies.
