Holmes, P.L.S., Vice President and Project Manager of Associated Engineering Sciences, Inc., has been elected Washington County Land Use Council President. The Washington County Land Use Council is part of the Home Builders Association of Washington County, and monitors all levels of local government. The Land Use Council additionally acts as the lobbying and educational arm of the Home Builders Association. The officers and directors of the Home Builders Association were officially installed at the association's December meeting. The Home Builders Association of Washington County is the voice of the local home building industry, and represents home builders, remodelors and related professionals.
