		AESI's Riford Speaks to Home Builders Association Annual Membership Meeting Elects AESI's Rob Holmes As Land Use Council Head (Hagerstown, MD Nov. 24, 2003) -- Associated Engineering Sciences, Inc.'s Director of Marketing Tom Riford was the guest speaker at the Home Builders Association of Washington County annual membership meeting. Following a presentation of data collected about Washington County home prices, and prices in surrounding counties, Riford spoke about the need for better public relations. Riford also addressed the diligent work of the association. The November meeting also elected officers and board members of the association. AESI's Rob Holmes was elected Washington County Land Use Council President. The officers and directors will be officially installed at the association's December meeting.
