AESI Adds Full-Time Survey Party Chief/Surveying Technician
Hagerstown Company Continues to Grow


(Hagerstown, MD Aug. 27, 2003) -- Associated Engineering Sciences, Inc. has added a new full-time employee to its surveying staff. Jeffrey L. Twigg, of Frostburg, Maryland, has been hired as a full-time survey party chief/experienced surveying technician. Mr. Twigg is a graduate of Beall High School. He has several years of experience working for various engineering, surveying, and utility firms. He has experience as a Chief Inspector, and has served as a surveyor for engineering companies in Maryland and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Twigg will be based at the Associated Engineering Sciences, Inc. Hagerstown office, which serves clients throughout the four-state area.

Associated Engineering Sciences, Inc. is a team of professional engineers, surveyors, construction managers, and inspectors. AESI has numerous contracts in the fields of Structural Design, Highway Engineering Design, Surveying (topographical and metes & bounds), and Hydrologic studies.
